These terms govern your purchase of and access to the Email Deliverability Certification Programme ("the Programme"), provided by Astral Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. The Programme The Programme is a self-paced online training course including video lessons, workbooks, templates, guided learning, monthly live sessions, and an assessment leading to certification. We may update or improve the content from time to time.
2. Access and duration On purchase, you'll receive a unique sign-in link to create your account. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to access the Programme and complete your certification. Access ends automatically at the end of this period. Extensions are at our discretion and may not be granted.
3. Your account Your login and access link are personal to you. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access to anyone else. One purchase grants access for one individual.
4. Fair use and intellectual property All content, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and materials is owned by Astral Digital and protected by copyright. You may use the templates and frameworks for your own work, including client work. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the Programme content, or use it to create a competing training product.
5. Payment and pricing The price is as shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
6. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period) As this is a digital product sold to consumers, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund - provided you have not yet started accessing the Programme content.
Once you access or download the Programme content within this 14-day period, you are agreeing to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel for a refund from that point. If you'd like a refund, request it before signing in and accessing the materials.
To cancel, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, before accessing the content. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
7. Refunds outside the cooling-off period After the 14-day cooling-off period, or once you have accessed the Programme content, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law.
8. Live sessions Monthly live sessions are offered as part of the Programme. Dates and timings may change, and we can't guarantee a session in any specific month. Sessions may be recorded.
9. Conduct We expect respectful conduct in live sessions and any community spaces. We reserve the right to remove access, without refund, for abusive, disruptive, or fraudulent behaviour.
10. No guarantees The Programme is educational. While it teaches proven frameworks, we can't guarantee specific deliverability results, inbox placement, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to you.
